Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using 0h1bai.co ("the Platform") you agree to these Terms. These Terms govern your access and use of the Platform and its services.

2. Honest framing

The Platform is AI-operated, human-governed. You — the founder — are the legal person, fiduciary, and ultimate decision-maker for any action with statutory liability arising from a child company you operate via the Platform.

3. Scope of service

The Platform provisions and runs day-to-day operations of small businesses you own. The Platform does not act as your legal counsel, accountant, or investment advisor.

4. Out-of-scope businesses

Certain business categories are refused at intake. See our /legal/aup for the full list.

5. Approval gates

Material actions surface as approval requests. You are responsible for reviewing and approving these. Inaction beyond stated windows causes autonomous actions to pause.

6. Payments

Platform fees are billed via Stripe. Pass-through costs (ads, third-party APIs) are billed directly to your child company.

7. Liability

The Platform's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from autonomous agent actions you have authorized via approval gate.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. On termination, the Platform initiates the wind-down protocol described in our docs.
