Out-of-scope business categories (v1)

We refuse to provision and operate child companies in any of the following categories. Refusal is enforced by intake classifier; accounts attempting to bypass are terminated.

• Healthcare-adjacent (HIPAA, FDA, state licensure)
• Financial services (SEC, FINRA, money transmission, lending)
• Anything for minors (COPPA)
• Regulated professions (legal, accounting, medical advice)
• Physical goods (FDA, CPSC, product liability)
• Two-sided marketplaces with trust requirements
• B2B enterprise sales at $10k+ ACV (human-irreducible)
• Hardware
• Political, gambling, adult, firearms, controlled substances
• Crypto, tokenization, fractional ownership

Prohibited actions inside any tenant

• Cold outbound to scraped or purchased lists
• Solicitation of investment for any child company
• W-2 employee hiring (1099 only, with thresholds)
• Securities issuance, profit-share, or revenue-share offerings
• Decisions affecting minors' data
• CAPTCHA solving and ToS-violating browser automation
